The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing and repairing problems with all production equipment including conveyors, packaging lines, rotary and carton fillers. Additionally, Maintenance Mechanics will perform routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure the product produced is of the highest quality and safe. This role will require daily documentation pertaining to downtime, spare parts, and preventative maintenance performed. This role will also assist with equipment changeovers. Must have own tools. Work Schedule 2:00pm - 10:00pm, must be able to work weekends Pay Rate: $30.00/hr and $0.40/hr differential Overtime opportunities available Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Minimum 3-5 years production maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in food manufacturing plant preferred, but not required. Hands on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and upgrade to Facilities and Production equipment. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety and environmental policies, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals, etc. Ability to work safe and follow all Cloverland Dairy's, state, and federal safety guidelines and requirements.
