Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Overview

Cloverland Dairy is seeking a Customer Service Administrative Assistant to work at our Baltimore MD location.  The Customer Service Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service team to support the sales department.  You will answer calls and respond to emails from customers, answer questions about our products, process orders and handle customer concerns or complaints. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns.
  • Log all complaints into the database.
  • Assist the sales team in new customer set-up and pricing.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Generate monthly reports or as needed for sales team or customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
  • Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift – 7:300am – 4:00pm
  • Monday – Friday
  • 100% on-site

Pay:

  • $21.50/hr
