Cloverland Farms Dairy is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic that will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, but not limited to; working safe, maintain G.M.P. compliances, work independently or as a member of a team. Must have the ability to shift direction as priorities change to support production or needs of the plant. Communicate openly and freely with team members and supervision in a professional manner and support the drive to equipment reliability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Minimum 3-5 years production maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in food manufacturing plant preferred, but not required.
- Experience in food manufacturing plant preferred, but not required.
- Hands on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and upgrade to Facilities and Production equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, squat, and bend.
- Ability to use hand tools and small power tools.
- Ability to work in wet and cold temperatures.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
Education
- High School diploma or GED
